Learning the ropes
Everyone was new at some stage here and we realise it is a big moment for you, we take a blended approach to your induction programme that you start before you even come in on your first day, through our e-learning platform – Grow Online and your journey will continue after you start.
We assign you a “New Recruit Buddy” to make sure one tells you about your new job, the basics and importantly getting started and understanding your role, introduce you to the team and just make those first few days more enjoyable.
We have Job Skills Checklists to make sure you know exactly how to carry out your new duties and what is expected of you and you will have organised discussions with your Manager to check your progress and answer questions.
Furthermore we will complete a review with you after 30 days, 90 days and six months to see how you are settling in, give you feedback and to discuss any questions that you might have. We also have HR support on site so that there is always someone to talk to if you need help.
