Located on the 40th floor of 110 Bishopsgate, Duck & Waffle serves a playful yet traditional menu of British & European inspired dishes in a relaxed and open environment.
The dishes served at Duck & Waffle encourage sharing with the food designed to reflect the hour of the day in an iconic setting. As the highest restaurant in London, Duck & Waffle offers a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The restaurant is open in every sense of the word from the relaxed environment to the open kitchen and welcoming atmosphere for the diverse range of clientele that come through the doors. The dining room and bar offer spectacular views across London, in addition to hosting the highest private dining room in the UK.
Head of Spirits & Cocktail Development, Richard Woods, was named the ‘World’s Most Imaginative Bartender’ in the Bombay Sapphire UK and Ireland competition. His passion is reflected in an ever- evolving list of distinctive and creative cocktails, featuring many inspired by the kitchen.
Award-winning architects CetraRuddy designed Duck & Waffle’s interior, which features wrap around floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the expanse of London and notable landmarks. Creating an intimate dining experience, Duck & Waffle has a bustling open kitchen, a 24 seat inside out bar offering artisanal cocktails, in addition to the private dining room. The décor is playfully injected with modern influences; stainless steel and frosted glass are juxtaposed by old world materials: white marble, rustic metals, weathered wood and ceramic tiles. With its sociable ambience, unparalleled views, artful interpretations of regional cuisine and innovative design, Duck & Waffle embodies a truly unique dining experience.
