Our CEO has over 25 years’ experience within the hospitality industry, with a wealth of experience including Operations Director for a nationwide food company with accountability for 110 units across 6 brands. Inamo’s Executive Chef, Jon Claro, has previously been head chef at three highly respected restaurants including Benihana and Sticks & Sushi. Jon excels at dish creation and is a great motivator for the teams of chefs he manages, providing consistently high quality dishes to guests in all inamo locations.

Serving high quality pan-Asian cuisine inamo prides itself on sourcing the freshest ingredients, the provenance of which is always front of mind; dishes use British beef, Scottish salmon and fresh Atlantic lobster. The tuna is line caught, the scallops hand dived and you will not find any endangered species on the inamo menu.
