SALES ADMINISTRATOR

to join our Sales team.

Sales Administrator overview:

To provide support to the local Sales Office and liaise with the conference team in carrying out tasks as required ensuring the efficiency of administration processes for Sales operation. To work to the company standards and to act in a genuine, friendly, helpful manner to internal customers at all times.

Sales Co-ordinator key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Sales teams to ensure the smooth running of the day to day conference operation.
  • Carrying out reviews and quality checks on the following on a daily basis:
    • Booking details
    • Billing details
    • VIP status checks
  • Make reservations where necessary
  • Manage any incoming queries from colleagues, Managers and other company managers.
  • A thorough knowledge and consistent delivery of the brand standards in the department.
  • Knowledge of the Jurys Inn product and the organisation.
  • Keeping the operations team up to date about departmental, hotel and company activities through regular communications.
  • Answering incoming calls and directing to the relevant departments; to answer any customer queries accurately, following company standards.
  • Continually developing new knowledge and skills to ensure best practice service delivery.
  • Promote the properties services throughout the Inn to maximise facility usage when possible.
  • Attend all relevant departmental meetings
  • To support the Meeting & Events Sales department in the absence of the M&E Sales Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this position:

  • Must have previous experience in a similar role.
  • Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service.
  • Must be standards driven and detail-orientated.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent self-presentation.
