Assistant Manager - What is it all about?
We are a high energy and fun loving restaurant and cocktail bar with a dark and moody side to keep you guessing. We're famed for our fresh cooked burgers straight from the chargrill, cooked medium (of course). The finest 8oz Casterbridge steak reared to perfection partnered by our slow cooked St Louis cut ribs from carefully selected butchers.
All this washed down with a US classic Sam Adams or a Perfect Manhattan (ok, maybe two), feeling slightly more adventurous let's not forget our personal favourite the ‘Smoked Old Fashioned'.
Mix, stir or shake all this together and you have the perfect American dining experience.
Assistant Manager - The Job:
Our restaurants are focussed on one thing: PEOPLE! With this in mind training and motivating individuals will be second nature to you. A happy team will ensure we always deliver the best possible experience to our guests. To ensure our teams are at the top of their game our managers are always in mix; hosting, behind our bars, on the floor and at the pass. After all, we all know the best people lead by example.
